We hear lots of stories
about overheating in conservatories.
Some are funny. Like the
story of the prize sea fish brought home by the proud
angler who had
it stuffed, mounted in a glass presentation case
and given pride of place in the new impressive
conservatory. Left in the midday sun for just
one day the prize fish become prize no more. As
the temperatures rose the fish shrunk and the
once proud specimen of a Sail Fish ended up looking
more like a sprat.
Other stories are not
funny at all. Like the several instances of pets
getting trapped in a conservatory and dying a
terrible death.
To these stories add
cases of fires and other heat-related damage.
And yet there is a simple answer.
